Ruth Fellner
I began Yoga seriously ten years ago and have completed a Yoga Teachers Training Course with the YTTC in Northern Ireland

My teacher was trained by Mr. Iyengar and also in the tradition of the Bihar School of Yoga. I went to India to study yoga at the Sivananda Ashram and recieved the Sivananda Yoga Teachers Training Certificate.
So my training has come together from these traditions.
I now teach in Spain in my own Yoga studio.

We can offer residential places for up to 8 people for just 300€.
This includes 4 nights full board in a twin room and 3 days of yoga breathing and meditation.

L'école, is the old school house in the quiet picturesque village of Le Bois de la Roche. Situated just behind the chateaux is its own walled grounds.
The classroom, with it's hugh south facing windows and hardwood floor provide a perfect area for yoga practice.
There are a number of beautiful walks around Le Bois de la Roche and along the river. Its also a great place to do a spot of landscape painting.

We look forward to answering any questions you may have.
